Further Rental Information
The application process takes an average of at least two weeks.
We work on a 1st come, 1st serve basis, we do not compile a waiting list.
The first lease is twelve months, then it goes month to month. An application may be obtained here at the office or by printing one from our web-site.
Our requirements to apply are as follows:
Yearly household income must be at least $22,000-$26,000 net a year, or higher. This base depends on which unit you would be renting.
Two current paystubs for each adult in the home, and/or benefits letter(s). We will not view paystubs over a cell phone
Income we WILL NOT accept: under-the-table, child support, alimony, social service/state checks or vouchers. Some exceptions are allowed for Veterans, only.
$50 application fee for each adult in the home (includes background and credit check).
Copy of a current state photo I.D.
Basic move-in monies are as follows:
1st months’ rent, security deposit equal to one month’s rent and if there is an approved pet, there is an additional security deposit equal to one month’s rent, along with being charged for what part of the sewer quarter we are in when you move in
